Primorosa d'Alvalade
We entered Primorosa. Or a time capsule! Linked to the life of the Alvalade neighbourhood, this club has a building that is reminiscent of the Gaudi architecture, where sinuous walls emulate the interior of a cave. When we arrive here, it's easy to imagine James Bond with his white tuxedo and the inseparable dry Martini in his hand. The favorite drink of the “exquisite” and “exquisite” is Gin and tonic, with juniper or cucumber chips. The song brings us 80s rock, among other classics, but ends every night with My Way, in the voice of Frank Sinatra .
Old Vic
Velvet sofas, a button to regulate the light and another to call the waiter. The Old Vic is a vintage bar, which opened its doors in 1982 inspired by a London pub, with all the furniture (including the dark wood bar) imported from England. In its original decoration, this mysterious place has rare bottles, such as the French brandy Calvados, and a collection of mugs from the kings of England. Nowadays, we can liven up the evenings with a game of snooker, in the company of the Old Vick cocktail, a long drink made with cream, gin, Pisang Ambon and orange juices, lemon and pineapple.
Noir Clubbing
Meeting point for the old guard of rock, thanks to nights full of hard rock, glam, heavy metal, trash, post-punk, new wave and industrial. It once occupied the former Gasoil and the Polynesian Bora-Bora, where part of the decor was used. With a mystical atmosphere, guided by the friendliness of the staff, Noir Clubbing offers several spaces to relax, in addition to a dance floor. And if sometimes the alternative sound is indie rock, cocktails cannot be missing here, especially the strawberry daiquiri!
RCA Club
Once here, we are treated to rock concerts, metal and hard rock. After having closed due to the pandemic, the RCA Club reopened in 2021 with a strong musical program, where each performance is thought out in detail. Located in the industrial zone of Alvalade, it has become one of the great concert halls in Lisbon, which welcomes Portuguese and foreign artists. Every month, the RCA Club has at least one to two great live music concerts. Unmissable!
When it comes to music, this bar is one of the reference houses in the Alvalade neighborhood. Operating since 1991, Templários Bar has already been the scene of a film directed by Nicolau Breyner, in addition to having given rise to the debut (and recording of the 1st album) of singer Aurea. After several stages, where it has already received Brazilian music, Portuguese rock and international music, this bar continues to surprise its visitors. And if the atmosphere is relaxed, the staff friendly and the musical selection in good taste, here there is still room to accompany the night with some popcorn!
